All U11 - U19 players and all U9 - U19 team officials need a current CMSA Photo ID card?
With prep for the indoor season underway, CMSA wants to encourage you to include the relevant Photo ID appointment dates/locations on your website and in communication with families ahead of the season to ensure participants do not miss out on the opportunity to receive their photo ID card at a time and location most convenient for them. Please see appointment dates below organized by location.
Players and team officials are encouraged to upload their photo to their Demosphere account ahead of time, but this is not mandatory. CLICK HERE for further photo ID information and photo uploading guidelines.
