By accessing this Website and any of the Company’s properties, you are acknowledging and accepting the conditions of this Privacy Policy for all of the Company’s properties.

We have a few fundamental principles: We do not actively collect sensitive information about you, including information about your health, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, sexual orientation or criminal history. We will take steps to appropriately protect any sensitive information we do receive.

We don’t share your personal information with anyone except to comply with the law, develop our products, or protect our rights. We don’t store personal information on our servers unless required for the on-going operation and delivery of our services to you. We store personal information only for as long as we have a reason to keep it.

In our products and services, we aim to make it as simple as possible for you to control what’s visible to the public, seen by search engines, kept private, and permanently deleted.
Personally Identifiable Data: When you register for a webinar or event, place an order, subscribe to a newsletter, fill out a form, or enter information on our site we may ask for your name, email or mailing address, phone number, business name, website URL or other details to improve your ordering and User experience.

Payment and Subscription Data: We do not directly collect, retain, or use your payment information. We use a third-party payment processor, and other third-parties for Customer Relationship Management and membership services to provide our Services. Usage Data: We may collect data about your use of our Services such as the values of your searches, previous purchases, etc. to improve your experience and our Services.
